In our sessions we step into a new way of being. All you need is within you and Creative Alignment helps you remember ALL that you were meant to be. Reconnect with your creativity and explore what’s possible. Through creative exercises, gentle breathwork, meditation, and the healing power of Reiki, you’ll tap into your creative energy and learn how to nurture it.

I will guide you to set clear intentions and move through a simple 4-step process to bring your ideas to life. This is a chance to align with your creative flow and take meaningful steps toward your vision. Each 1:1 session is individually created for you.

Each 1:1 session is 60 mins long. At the end of each session you will get a list of action steps that you can use throughout the week.

All meetings are done virtually through zoom and recorded for you to refer back to.
